All products in our e-shop are ready for delivery and are sent with courier companies (couriers) and/or transport companies (trucks) with which we cooperate. Deliveries are done on working days daily 09.00 am-18.00 pm to the address you have chosen. In the case that you are absent during the delivery time, you will be notified to reschedule the delivery of your purchase.
Domestic shipping costs:
For purchases over 5 kg, the shipping cost is calculated after the order is received and you will be informed immediately via SMS or phone call.
Shipping costs Germany:
To send an order to Germany, shipping costs are FREE for selected product codes and are done within 3 - 7 days (from the moment your order has been approved, prepared and cleared for shipping) with delivery to your location by DHL Express. In any case, we will contact you before sending the order. For orders to Germany, cash on delivery is not supported.
