The Thyme honey is produced from thyme flowers has dark orange amber color. It is a very aromatic and tasty honey. Contains a high percentage of fructose and crystallizes relatively slowly. It is well known for its antiseptic and tonic properties and its high antioxidant activity. If crystallizes, place the jar in a pot of hot water at 45oC. Crystallization is a purely natural phenomenon and occurs in those solutions containing sugars, like unprocessed honey.

  • Orange

The orange blossom honey produced from the flowers of orange, is light orange color with intense and distinctive aroma . It has a sweet taste due to the high sugar content so it crystallizes in an average of 1-3 months. It contains many vitamins and minerals and has a high antioxidant activity If crystallizes, place the jar in a pot of hot water at 45oC.   • Cotton

Cotton honey is a very light color honey with a delicate aroma and flavor. It has a sweet taste due to the high sugar content so it crystallizes in an average of 1-3 months, acquiring a white color and buttery texture.   • Sunflower

Sunflower honey is very special in color and texture, it has a characteristic yellow color, delicate aroma and sweet flavor due to the high sugar content so it crystallizes in an average of 1-3 months, is particularly rich in polyphenols, which are essential to humans and play an important role in the quality of our food.   • Pine 

Pine honey, has not very sweet taste due to the low sugar content, so it doesn’t crystallize easily. The color varies from pale when produced spring, to darker when produced in autumn. It has special flavor and high nutritional value because of metals and minerals it contains.
